2nd arrest finally made in fatal beating of Spokane WWII vet

Close friend of 88-year-old Delbert "Shorty" Belton, Ted Denison, joins John Carlson to share more about the man who survived being wounded in the Battle of Okinawa in 1945 but was allegedly killed at the hands of two teenagers while he sat inside his car in a Spokane parking lot. John's interview with Denison comes just a few hours after Spokane police announce the arrest of a 2nd suspect wanted in connection with Shorty's beating death last week.
