      Father's Day Rib Eye Steak with Blue Cheese Butter

      Celebrate Father's Day this weekend with this delish recipe from Chef Bradley Dickinson of Pearl and Koral Resturants! John Carlson approves!

      2 Bone-in Rib Eye Steaks
      1 tsp Vegetable Oil
      Kosher Salt
      Fresh Ground Black Pepper
      Sweet (Walla Walla) Onions
      2 Tbsp butter
      2 Tbsp Blue Cheese
      Fresh, Chopped Parsley

      Rub the steaks and onions with oil and seasonings. Mix blue cheese and parsley into butter. Grill steaks and onions until onions are golden brown and steak reaches desired temperature. Spread blue cheese butter on steaks and "melt." Serve steaks with onions alongside favorite sides and enjoy! Happy Father's Day!
