      Gonzaga law prof supports First Freedom bill in Olympia legislature

      The legal backlash over a Richland, WA florist's refusal to serve a gay customer's marriage due to her religious reasons has prompted a Spokane state senator to propose the First Freedom Preservation Act that would allow a business to decline serving a gay customer based on religious belief. Gonzaga University law professor, David DeWolf, has testified at a Senate committee hearing in favor of the new proposal. DeWolf joins John Carlson to discuss the possible law.
