Analysis: Olympia Democrats offer reforms for I-405 tolling concerns

A major effort to take back one of the new toll lanes on Interstate 405 for general-purpose commuters kicks off in just a few hours, just days after the tolls maxed out at $10.

KVI's John Carlson digs into the new press release from the State House of Representatives Transportation Committee chair, Judy Clibborn (D-Mercer Island) to examine whether or not the proposed reforms will actually improve the multitude of problems drivers have cited since the tolling system was enacted back in September 2015.
