I-1000 has been introduced to WA Legislature, it's called "One Washington" and it would eliminate I-200 which halted racial preferences, race-based criteria for college admissions, the difference between civil rights groups today versus civil rights groups from the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. era, some Seattle area African American leaders who discover something that wasn't true 20 years ago when I-200 passed, the Asian community's impact on I-1000, Harvard is being sued by a prominent Asian group over their admission policies.
