During a discussion on Seattle's continuing homeless problems and the drug addiction aspects of homelessness, a Tacoma man who identified himself as a 32-year-old named "Isaiah" talked to KVI's John Carlson about his 12-year battle with heroin addiction--including homelessness--which started with prescription drug painkillers to fix a shoulder injury.
