Homeless problems in Seattle and King County aren't getting better, says a former Obama Administration official who is now consulting local leaders on their failed efforts. Barbara Poppe tells KVI's John Carlson, the first step to fixing the problem is getting temporary housing but Seattle keeps allowing homeless people to trespass and remain in illegal encampments. Poppe goes on to explain why the key to fixing the problem is to help homeless people who are ready to be helped.
