New data shows Puget Sound traffic is 91% more congested now than it was in 2011. I know, I know. You're saying, "How can it only be 91% worse? It's gotta be much higher!"

According to new data from the Washington State Department of Transportation, traffic congestion is 91% worse than in 2011 around Puget Sound.
