As drivers along I-405 from Lynnwood, WA to Bellevue, WA struggle with excruciating commute times or expensive toll lane fees, the State Senate Transportation Chair, Curtis King (R-Yakima), tells KVI that he has decided to stick with a previously made arrangement to allow for 2 years of tolling before making major changes to the express toll lane (ETL) system.
