KVI's John Carlson anchors the debate of the $54 billion tax increase plan to fund the light rail extension for Sound Transit's third phase known as ST3. Arguing in favor of the 25-year tax plan to extend light rail to Everett WA, Redmond WA, Tacoma WA and two spur lines into Seattle neighborhoods is Seattle real estate consultant, Craig Kinzer. He founded Kinzer Partners.

Opposing ST3 is Bellevue city councilman and COO of Wallace Properties, Kevin Wallace. He's a Bellevue native, his real estate company builds sustainable, transit-oriented mixed-use development projects in urban centers throughout the Puget Sound region.
