Three stories this week all stem from the spider web of problems connected with the drug and crime problems around the Seattle region.

The most devastating crime is a truck theft that turned to murder in Kent, WA and the murder suspect now admits he was high on "narcotics".

In Bonney Lake WA, a man opened fire with a gun when he was roused after passing out from a meth high. One man nearby was wounded by the gunfire but is expected to survive.

And then there's the bizarre arsonist who set fire to a night club bathroom in Seattle's bustling Capitol Hill neighborhood who is still on the loose. Security camera video shows a man covered in a blanket wander through the night club, potentially suffering from mental illness and/or homelessness.
