      Money talks: parents to be fined if their kids are caught bullying peers

      A Wisconsin city has approved a new law that will fine parents of any minor child caught bullying a classmate. It's being called a 'parent liability clause' and it will come with one warning. After the warning, if the bullying doesn't stop, mom and/or dad, will be cited and fined. John Carlson and KVI callers debate the merits of this law to crack down on bullying.
