      Seattle small business owner, Angela Cough, has been reading the fine print on Seattle's polarizing $15 minimum wage law. John Carlson interviews her about how small businesses will face an even higher wage for employeesover $18 an hourduring the last years of the phase in. Cough co-chairs, Forward Seattle, and they're calling for a city wide vote on a $12.50 minimum wage. Right now they're attempting to gather signatures to qualify their ballot measure for the November election.
