Gov. Inslee and WA Legislature raise the age to 21 to buy and consume tobacco products, the irony of making a law tougher on young people who smoke but continuing to avoid any laws that make it tougher on drug addicted homeless people around Seattle and the state, perfect example of government trying to look tough on a greatly exaggerated problem.
