7am hour -- KVI caller talks about last hour's topic of bus riding etiquette and the paradox of feminism, GUEST: former CNBC and KOMO anchor Brad Goode talks about Trump signature on USMCA and potential for an economic slowdown at some point in 2020, new court papers allege an NFL team helped a Catholic church archdiocese craft a list of credibly accused clergy over sexual abuse, Snohomish Co. man arrested for carjacking and shoving 9-year-old child out of the car during his escape.

GUEST: Washington Director of Climate Solutions Vlad Gutman-Britten, debates the Clean Fuel Standard bill (HB 1110*) that just passed the State House yesterday by a 52-44 vote, the CFS bill might require refiners and retailers to raise the price of gasoline to comply with the new standards in an effort to shift drivers to electric vehicles sooner and ostensibly cut down on CO2 (which is part of the debate in this segment).

* supporters of HB 1110 say a Clean Fuel Standard requires oil producers and refiners to reduce the carbon intensity of gasoline and diesel or invest in cleaner fuels, providing consumers with cleaner-burning transportation fuels such as electricity.
