7am hour -- Rock-n-Roll Hall of Fame nominees (and fan voting options) released today, we're vexed to realize that Tina Turner and Carole King are not already inducted into Rock Hall given their musical contributions, why the Senate impeachment trial of Trump is purely political now.

GUEST: St. Rep. Roger Goodman is sponsoring HB 1169 to end some gun crime sentencing enhancements, Carlson asks about the irony of the political party (Democrats) that does everything to (legally) control guns but its Legislative members are easing punishments on criminals who use guns while committing crimes, Goodman says the current gun crime enhancements lead to excessive sentences against criminals, eventually Goodman plays the race card about defendants of color getting longer sentences.
