KVI's John Carlson (not pictured here) examines a new um, example, of why teachers unions keep putting up roadblocks to returning to in-class learning for K-12 students. This April 9, 2020, photo released by Kara Illig shows her son, Eli Illig, 10, on his computer for distance learning in Ebensburg, Pa. (Kara Illig via AP)

The president of the Seattle teachers union pens an op-ed to say its too soon to open schools, despite the litany of data to the contrary (from prestigious medical journals and even the World Health Organization) the teacher's union president plays the predictable cards of racial injustice and offers a pathetic excuse about being tired handling all the student classroom activities remotely, in the comments section to the op-ed a nurse treating COVID patients for several months demolishes the union president's lament; also Legislative Democrats in Olympia are beginning to formulate a plan to release even more state prison inmates in the name of COVID infection, how many more dangerous offenders to Democrats plan to turn loose on WA streets?
