Numerous unanswered questions after human remains discovered in bags near West Seattle's Duwamish Head, authorities won't know anything about the human remains until they can be tested, how the bags washed up on the shore in West Seattle, the Snohomish County Sheriff is open to a variety of proposed social justice reforms but he's only got one objection to how the reforms impact deputies on the street for patrols.
