According to the Dallas Morning News, Seattle-based PACCAR Inc. has reached an agreement to build a 130,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in McKinney, TX. The $20 million project will create about 200 jobs. KVI wonders if those jobs could have been in Renton or the Auburn valley if Washington's business climate were more friendly.
