Well, "Kirby Day" on KVI continues (John Carlson was out sick this morning and Kirby filled in), and this just might be the first day that the "viadoom" and "carmageddon" are finally hitting. The two Saudi sisters found dead and bound to each other on the edge of New York's Hudson River last October has been ruled a suicide, according to the medical examiner’s office. In this week's "Good Guy With A Gun" segment, Kirby talks about a a Suffolk police officer who stopped a man with a gun at a Farmingdale strip club. The officer is also a Marine veteran who lost both of his legs while serving in Afghanistan and is the police department's first double-amputee.
John Carlson calls in from his sick bed to make an exciting announcement about his show tomorrow, as well as talking about the controversy about the upcoming State of the Union Address.
