The Washington State Senate passed HB 1052 to expand hate crime laws, removing the republican amendment. Plus, HB 1217, regarding rent control and firearms bill, HB 1163 was amended in committee, and HB 1596, the home equity program for marginalized communities is a ready for a vote in the Senate any day as well.
