“It’s not only bad journalism, it’s mis-informing the public”, UW professor says

Snoqualmie Pass, snow, Cascade Mountains

University of Washington Atmospheric Sciences professor, Cliff Mass, is calling attention to what he says are errors in a Seattle Times story about Cascade Mountain snow pack  levels which are lower than normal this year due to the cyclical El Nino conditions, which are warmer and dryer. Mass delivered his refutation of the Seattle Times claims on his blog, which can be read by clicking here.

In an interview with KVI’s John Carlson, Mass says he’s getting tired of setting the record straight about bogus and over-stated claims about Cascade snow pack and climate change agendas.  To hear the KVI interview, click on the play button below.

Mass is touting data that shows the exact opposite of what The Seattle Times report is claiming. Mass says, “It’s not only bad journalism, it’s mis-informing the public.”  The Seattle Times story can be viewed here but may be subject to a paywall.
