A leading Arab social media influencer and advocate for coexistence with Israel, Loay Alshareef was involved in the historic Abraham Accords that brought peace between Israel and the Gulf kingdoms of the UAE and Bahrain. Alshareef has a combined 250,000 followers on Instagram and other social media platforms and has gained notable recognition as a leading voice for peace and coexistence, having met with prominent Israeli politicians, including former Israeli Foreign Minister and Opposition Leader Yair Lapid.
A Saudi national who is said to be close to the Saudi royal family, Alshareef first emerged in 2018 with a Hebrew language message to Israelis claiming they had nothing to fear from a Saudi nuclear weapon. Alshareef also runs the Loya Academy in Bahrain, which offers several language courses, including Hebrew.
Amjad Taha is an Emirati researcher, author, and political advisor to various research institutions within the GCC. He has authored the book “The Deception of the Arab Spring” and is soon to release another, “Philosophy of Peace.” Taha is a well-known journalist who has contributed to various articles in Western and Arab media outlets. Taha is a distinguished figure in the UAE, working to advocate for peace and normalization with Israel in the region. He also serves as the CEO of Europostagency, a German news agency, among other Arabic information platforms.
