Gov. Inslee pitches $200 utility tax rebate to boost support for his CCA

Gov. Jay Inslee unveiled a sign-up program for low-income Washington households to receive a $200 electric utility credit because of costs that have gone up in connection to his climate agenda legislation, The Climate Commitment Act (CCA).
