“Lived experience” turns into failure for KC Regional Homelessness Authority
A $1 million program to help 300 homeless people in King County has ended in a policy and financial failure. The Washington Lived Experience Coalition Program was running the now failed program with the approval of the King County Regional Homelessness Authority.
