Food shouldn’t be an impossible choice so we are partnering to end hunger in our communities! Visit any QFC location during September and choose one of 3 ways to help!
1) Buy a Feeding All Families virtual bag at the register. The $10 bag includes specific items needed by local food banks. Look for the display in your local QFC or simply tell the cashier you want to help Feed All Families
2) Round Up at the Register and the money will go the Zero Hunger Zero Waster Foundation benefitting Food Lifeline

Hunger and food insecurity are huge issues across the state of Washington, but partnerships like this aim to shrink the numbers of those who stare them in the face. Everyone benefits from QFC and Food Lifeline’s ongoing ability to boost the nutrition level for hungry neighbors while also diverting food from area landfills. QFC Has all 59 stores participating in the grocery rescue program which moves surplus food from the grocery store to local food banks. The rescued food is used in healthy meals to feed local people in need. So far in 2022, our stores have donated over 1 million pounds of food to local food banks, which translates to about 870 thousand meals. That is fresh, healthy food on the tables of local families instead of going to waste.
