You're invited: September 11th memorial dedication at Triangle Park in Milton.

This silhouette of an angel is one of four metal cutouts that surround two 35- foot pieces of the second World Trade Center Tower now located in Triangle Park in Milton WA. The angels represent nurses and EMT that responded that day, the other is of the NYC skyline, one for the four planes and another to honor the police and firefighters who responded on 9/11.{ }Milton’s 9/11 Memorial Committee, which is part of the Milton Police Department Foundation, helped create and install the monument to September 11th, 2001. The public is invited to the dedication of a new September 11th memorial on Saturday, Sept. 11th, 2021, in Milton, Washington. The ceremony will be led by KVI show host John Carlson, starting at 3pm, at the city's Triangle Park. Carlson tells KVI listeners, "I want everyone to know that if they want to remember 9/11 in a very moving, profound way, there's nothing better they can do than to bring their family and join us this Saturday."
